I’m Elliot Davis, a personal trainer and endurance coach passionate about helping people discover what their bodies are truly capable of. My philosophy is simple: training should be personal, shaped around your goals, lifestyle, and the way your body responds.
I’ve been predominantly self-coached throughout my running career, which has given me valuable experience in tailoring training, adapting to setbacks, and finding what truly works in practice. This journey has shaped both my results as an athlete and my approach as a coach.
